At InduX / Indunor, I helped solve the mismatch between a generic webshop platform and the company’s highly specific product needs.
By contributing to the re-architecture of a custom e-commerce solution, I helped create a faster, more scalable foundation for selling complex glass solutions in the construction industry.

At SellerEngine, I helped establish and grow the Romanian development presence while taking ownership of an important product in the company’s portfolio. I led development on a Delphi-based automation tool for Amazon marketplace sellers, working closely with an internationally distributed team across two continents.
It was an experience that shaped my ability to take responsibility early, work across cultures, and contribute to both product evolution and team development.

Dial-Up Monitor
Long before software became my profession, I was already building products. Dial-Up Monitor, a desktop application built on the Windows RAS API, was created for the realities of the early internet era and reflected my early instinct for solving practical problems through software.
It was the starting point of a path defined by product thinking, technical initiative, and the ambition to build software that delivers real value.
